Store Information
Your Shopify store name, domain, email address, currency, and timezone as provided by Shopify during installation.
Account Information
First name, last name, email address, and phone number that you provide when registering within the App.
Order Data
Order details from your Shopify store that are necessary to create and manage shipments through our courier integration.
Business Address
Business name and shipping address details you provide for courier integration.
API Credentials
Third-party courier API keys and tokens you enter to enable shipment booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate your Shopify store and provide access to the App.
  • Process and manage shipment bookings through The Professional Couriers (TPC) network.
  • Display order information within the App for shipment management.
  • Communicate with courier APIs on your behalf using the credentials you provide.
  • Send transactional notifications related to your account.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with:

  • The Professional Couriers (TPC): Order and address details necessary to book and track shipments.
  • Shopify: We operate within the Shopify platform and comply with Shopify's API terms of service.
  • Service Providers: Hosting and infrastructure providers that help us operate the App (e.g., database hosting, email services).

We will not share your information with any other third party unless required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

Encrypted Storage
All data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls.
AES-256-GCM
Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
Secure Credentials
API credentials are stored securely and only used to communicate with courier services on your behalf.
HTTPS/TLS
All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.

5. Cookies and Session Data

We use cookies and session storage to maintain your authenticated session within the App. These are essential for the App to function and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have the App installed and your account is active. Upon uninstalling the App, your store data will be marked as inactive. You may request complete deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent and uninstall the App at any time.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
